FAQs

Answers to the most frequently asked questions that we receive.

Home health services enable patients to rehabilitate in the comfort of their own residence. Home health care is usually less expensive, more convenient, and just as effective as care provided in a hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF). Home health is prescribed by a doctor when an individual is recently discharged from a hospital or long-term care facility. The doctor will determine the need for nursing or therapy services at home.

Working in a home health role is rewarding because you are making a difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones. Home health also offers a flexible schedule with both part-time and full-time job opportunities for clinicians. It can also provide the opportunity to specialize your skills in a certain practice, such as orthopedic rehabilitation.

Home health offers flexibility to tailor your schedule to your individual needs. Home health roles can be either part-time or full-time and provide clinicians control over their own hours and scheduling.
